    We will require a £100 deposit (non refundable) for each week you are staying (i.e two weeks stay requires £200 deposit) weeks are transferable. For rental rates in US Dollars please contact the Owner. A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by Credit Card.( PayPal ) All prices are excluding 13% state tax. Stays of less than 7 nights will require an additional $75 for house cleaning.(paid at checkin) A $250 security deposit will be required at check in.
