"Fantastic Experience, Fantasitic memories!"
This home was absolutely the best accommodation in Kissimmee...very clean, comfortable, roomy, and awesome location- only a 5 minute drive to Disney. The kids loved the pool, and the entire family was thrilled with the home. The owners take a lot of pride in this location! We will definitely be back!

What can I say? This house was amazing. It was extremely clean and very comfy. The pool and gameroom were a wonderful added benefit. The house is on the lake...what a view! We were actually sad to leave. Derek was so helpful when reserving this house with quick communicatation. We hope to stay here again.

We stayed at Derek's property for our first off Disney stay in Florida and had a great time. The property is close to Disney, MGM great shopping and excellent restaurant selections. The process was easy and staying there was a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. There was even a small tech support section in the welcome binder which helped me solve my laptop connection problem! We would recommend the house to anyone looking for good value and peace of mind. The owners were great to deal with and the management company was very helpful the one time we called with a question. An overall great value proposition!

"Great 'home away from home' to relax in after a long day of fun!"
We stayed here with kids (7, 7, 8 months) and grandparents. All os us really enjoyed the place. It it very neat and clean yet still has a very warm atmosphere. The boys loved the video games and the pool was used at least once a day. The baby gear was also a big plus. There is a portable full-size crib which is much better than using a pak-in-play. The high chair was also an excellent bonus.
One of the best advantages of this house is the location!! Minutes from a grocery store and lots of restaurants. Within ten minutes of leaving the driveway we were parking at the various Disney theme parks.
The owner was excellent to deal with and responded to my questions very quickly.

"Stunning Home/Amazing Location"
We had the pleasure of staying in this home for our Florida vacation in February. The home was immaculate and my son stayed in the pool all week! We loved the location and felt like we were practically staying right at Disney as it was about 5 min. away. We couldn't have picked a better place and hope to stay there again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Lakeview house. House is clean and comfortable and perfectly located. You are close to everything. Disneyworld is less than 10 minutes from the house.
Our kids spent many hours in the swimming pool and were always asking for more time into it.
We will not hesitate to recommand this place to our friends, in fact, we already did, and will probably be back in a near future.

Hi Derek. We just wanted to say a big Thank You to you and Julie for the use of your beautiful Villa. I'll never go back to living out of a Motel again. It took the pressure off everything and let us enjoy ourselves the way it should be. Your house was terrific and the scenery beautiful. My wife looked around and said that you also had the most perfect lot. We would go from the busy parks to the quietest setting possible. It was great. It was still close enough to get to everything when you needed it. We had 10 days of perfect weather (82 - 89 degrees the whole time), without a drop of rain.
