The house has sparkling 30foot south facing pool and spa which is heatable for the cooler months, ample poolside furniture on an oversize deck. outside hot and cold shower and bbq area with gas grill.
On the lower floor we have two lounges, two dining areas,king bedroom with huge ensuite having pool access.two further twin bedded rooms that share another bathroom.
Fullsize kitchen with all new applicances, utility room with washer,drier,iron and ironing board.
Large games room with pooltable,airhockey,foosball and electronic darts.
Upper floor has two queen bedrooms with ensuites and another twin bedded themed room
The house has nine tv's, various dvd players,home theatre with 60 inch tv.
The house has fully monitored alarm system and is lisensed with the florida tourist authority.
Free wi fi internet access,local phone calls, all towels inc pool are provided.
