Vacation Rental Description

Our home has all the comforts of your home, plus we're only 5 minutes to Disney World. You can relax in the private pool, which can be heated in the winter months, or gather around the dining room table for a meal and family chat. We have TVs in all the bedrooms, high speed internet and a computer for you to use so you don't have to bring your own. The kitchen is fully supplied with pots/pans/glasses/coffee cups/etc, Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to bring anything extra with you. The ceramic tile floors throughout help to keep the home cool and clean. Truely your home away from home.

Our home is located only 5 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. You can drive to Daytona Beach or Tampa in a little more than an hour.

Travel Info: Our clean and cosy home provides a great retreat from the pressures of every day life. We have a private pool, quiet family room, living room and dining room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - you can enter 1 bathroom from the pool area. Our home has ceramic tile throughout for cleanliness, our kitchen is new with granite counters and a ceramic top stove. We provide everything you need, even washer and dryer so you don't have to pack alot.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	$725 per Week
				High Season Price:	$800 per Week

There is a deposit of $300.00 to secure you reservation, the remaining fees are due 30 days before you arrive. We prefer paypal for payments, but will also accept money orders. Cancellations within 30 days loose their deposit unless I am able to re-rent the time. Cancellations more than 30 days away loose a $50.00 processing fee, deposits can also be moved to another time period if necessary and space is available.
