Lazy Bones Villa is a single level house with over 2000 square feet of living space. With its vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, fully appointed eat-in kitchen, laundry room & double garage w/automatic door opener, vacations are more enjoyable for everyone. The master bedroom has king-size bed w/en suite bath; the queen bedroom has a separate bath; the Princess twin and the Mickey twin bedrooms share a bath. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and the family room has a 60' HDTV, computer, wireless broadband Internet, and X-Box. A second X-Box is in the Mickey bedroom. Local and toll-free phone calls are unlimited at no charge. Floor safe, baby gear, and stand alone hot tub provided at no charge. Also Movies; Books; X-Box games; Board games; Inside Toys; & Water toys.  
 
Lazy Bones Villa is located in the prestigious Formosa Gardens area in the Lindfields Estates on Hwy 192 - only 4 miles/10 minutes to Disney World. Within a four-mile radius of Lazy Bones is Disney World, several championship golf courses (including Champions Gate, Reunion, Orange Lake, Disney World, & Mystic Dunes), several miniature golf courses, Super WalMart, a brand new Super Target (opened 03/09/09), three Publix grocery stores, a walk-in medical clinic, and restaurants galore including Red Lobster, Carrabba's, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, MacDonald's, Chic-Fila, and Taco Bell to list just a few. You can be sure to find one to please even the pickest of eaters! Restaurant choices are numerous with many of them offering take-out and delivery. 
 
It is a perfect base from which to explore all central Florida from coast to coast. Atlantic Ocean, east and Gulf of Mexico west. It is a short 10 to 20 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom & DisneyQuest Theme Parks; Universal Studios & Universal Studios Isands of Adventure; Sea World; Discovery Cove; and too many other attractions to list.  
 
Lazy Bones Villa is ideally situated for shoppers and golfers. In addition to fantastic theme parks and world famous championship golf courses, the area is a shopper's paradise. The Mall of Millenia with an array of high end stores including Macy's and Bloomingdales is a 20-30 minute drive. The Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets, Beltz Factory Outlet, Beale's Clearance Store, and flea markets galore are even closer as are Wal-Mart & Target Super Centers. Several championship golf courses are five to 20 minutes, including Orange Lake, Mystic Dunes, Legends, Falcons Fire and the world-class Greg Norman Champions Gate Course.  
 
The villa has quick and easy access to the 192, I-4, and International Drive. There is even a back road route to Disney Parks that avoids traffic congestion. Lazy Bones' central location makes for easy day trips to the Atlantic Ocean, Daytona Beach and Kennedy space Center or to the other side of the state to Busch Gardens, Tampa and the Gulf of Mexico.  
 
A Guest Information Book containing information specific to the villa and 'how too's' for it 's many amenities awaits you at the villa. It has information sections on villa equipment operation, theme park maps and brochures, restaurant menus and dinner show brochures w/maps, shopping locations w/maps, golf course locations w/maps and discount coupon books is provided at the villa.  
 
Our villa is non-smoking and does not accommodate pets.

Amenities at Lazy Bones Villa include: Hot tub; baby stroller, high chair, and crib; Themed Mickey Mouse twin bedroom; Themed Princess twin bedroom; Cable TV in all four bedrooms and family room; 60" HDTV in family room w/DVD,VCR,& X-Box; Computer w/Universal digital camera card reader, printer, wireless broadband Internet; hotel-style floor safe; second X-Box games console in Mickey bedroom; X-Box games, DVD, VHS, Books & Games libraries; ceiling fans throughout house; charcoal grill; telephones in family and master bedrooms and in the kitchen; blow dryers in bathrooms; bed linens and towels provided, walkie-talkies; backpacks; and more! The villa is fitted with keypad door entry so you do not have to worry about loosing your door key. Plus, not only is the two-car garage available for you to park your car in, it also has an automatic door opener to make loading and unloading luggage and all those shopping packages very convenient.

You name it and most likely can find it in the Orlando area. In addition to theme parks and water parks, there are adventures/activities such as air boat rides, hot air balloons, indoor skydiving, miniature golf, go-cart racing, and many more fun-filled activities.  
 
You are in the middle of the state so an hour drive to the east or west will get you to one of Florida's beautiful beaches. Drive to the west and you will find Cocoa Beach or the lily white sands of Daytona Beach. At Daytone, there is also the Daytona Speedway, birthplace of stock car racing. A drive to the east will take you past Harrah's Casino as you approach Tampa on your way to Clearwater and other lesser known beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. 
 
If you are at the villa during a missile launch, you can watch it from the Lazy Bones Villa pool deck. To visit the Kennedy Space Center and see the Center up close and personal, it too, is an hour drive from the villa.
