Superb 3 Bedroom Townhouse - Ten Minutes From Disney
A lovely holiday home,about 10 minutes from Disney,with 3 bedrooms including a master en-suite bedroom, large through lounge diner/kitchen area. Fully air conditioned and fans in all rooms. Free high speed Internet for use with your own laptops. The phone provides free local calls. A fully screened Lanai with sunbeds at the rear. Parking bays are at the front.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool, hot tub and large sundeck for sunbathing. We have a new queen bed and furniture in the master bedroom and new tables, furniture and table lamps in the lounge,

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2).Ensuite bedroom downstairs. with brand new sleigh style queen bed and new cupboards
Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Upstairs front bedroom.
Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2).Upstairs rear bedroom.
Living Room: 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).a large through lounge with new coffee tables and new lamps, the phone point and Internet access point are in this room

There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The 192 and International drive areas are very popular for shopping and dining out including Festival bay and The Mercado for those days you crave shopping. There are also numerous fast food/dining facilities such as Dennys, Arbys, Golden Corral and Ponderosa to mention but a few.
Nearby Attractions: Disney World is only a 10 minute drive away. Seaworld and the universal Parks are about 30 minutes drive away. The highway 192 has a good selection of shops and attractions/restaurants along its route and the famous international Drive area boasts a selection of shopping malls and attractions such as the Titanic, Wet n Wild, Ripleys Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.

An initial deposit of $150 dollars is required to secure your booking. Credit/Debit cards accepted through our management company based in Kissimmee, Florida.

Please note that there is a 4% charge for paying by Credit card.

A cleaning charge of $75 will be added to bookings of less than 5 nights
