Our beautifully furnished home is only 5 minutes from Disney, close to all other attractions, shopping malls and excellent restaurants. In a quiet secluded area it has its own private oversized pool with a recently extended deck area. All three bedrooms have TV/DVD players and are well furnished. The Master Bedroom has a 6ft King size bed an en-suite bathroom with twin vanities and large shower and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and both bathrooms are supplied with hairdryers and ample towels. The second bedroom has a 5ft Queen size bed and the third has twin beds. All bedrooms, lounge and lanai have overhead fans to supplement the air-conditioning. All linens are supplied including pool towels.

The Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with an abundance of crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans and other cooking utensils, including plastic glasses and dishes for use at the pool area to prevent breakages. A large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and full cooker/stove. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and an iron and ironing board is also supplied.

There is a TV and DVD player and stereo in the lounge which is furnished with large sofas and an oversize chair and side tables, coffee table and lamps. There is also a supply of books, DVD's and some games available. There is a large dining table and chairs.

The Pool area has several comfortable loungers, chairs and stools along with small side tables and a large dining table and chairs and a BBQ for the ultimate Florida experience. The Pool is heated free of charge with solar heating, but for those cooler months there is the option of electric heating which is chargeable. The garden area surrounding the pool is fully fenced for complete privacy and is planted out with flowering bushes and fruit trees. You are welcome to pick any fruit that is ripe. There are lemons, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines and bananas.

This is a real home, we as owners use it regularly ourselves and we have made it comfortable for our use and obviously our guests benefit from this. At Christmas we decorate the house with tree and the outside is also decorated. This is a lovely street to live in, especially at Christmas as many of the homes are beautifully lit up, we compete with each other to see who can make their home look the best.

We take a great pride in our home and keep in excellent condition, constantly improving the facilities and adding to it. We also offer our guests completely free telephone calls, both long distance and international (with the exception of UK mobiles) and free high speed wireless internet access with your own laptop.

We are sure that a holiday in our home will be one to remember and look forward to welcoming you.

The Disney Theme Parks are only 5 miles away and all the other Theme Parks are also very near. There are several excellent Golf Courses within 3 - 4 miles and the Shopping Malls are also close.
There are several excellent grocery stores near and many great restaurants.

A day trip to Cape Canaveral is only about an hours drive and The Gulf Coast beaches are about one and half hours drive away.

13% Florida Tax will be added to these rates.

A deposit of $250 is required to secure a Booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks before the date of the booking.

Cancellation will result in the deposit being lost and cancellation within 12 weeks of the booking will result in the full balance being required to be paid. However if we are successful in re-letting then this balance will be refunded less any cost incurred in re-advertising or a lower rental being paid.

A $250 refundable Security Deposit is required with the final balance which will be refunded within 28 days of the end of the rental provided no damage has been done to the property.
