Vacation Rental Description
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium built in 2004 located only 5 miles from the entrance of Disney. The master bedroom has a king-size bed,TV and private full bathroom. The #2 bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The #3 bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including all of the small appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc, dishwasher, also has small round table with 2 chairs. Lounge has TV/VCR three seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa,it has beautiful lamp, pictures and other decor. Dinning area with glass iron base table and six heavy iron base chairs. Dryer and washer in closet in kitchen area. Need some fresh air? Step outside into the screened-in patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps and your standing at the entrance to the tennis court and gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. For you golfers, we are in the heart of it all.

Just wanted to let you know that our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was very spacious and close to all the spots we attended. I'm hoping we will be able to stay again for any future trips.
Our weekend was definitely easier and more comfortable than if we had to deal with a hotel.

As for the condo it was just what we needed, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed in it. The washer and dryer was a fantastic plus. 07/22/09 Positive We stayed at your condo the week of July 12th and thoroughly enjoyed it!! We ended up taking a day out of our vacation just to stay at the condo & enjoy the pool and the comfort of the condo to catch up on some rest!!! Having the balcony screened in was very nice with small children so when they wanted to go outside on the balcony, we didn't have to worry! We enjoyed being able to prepare food as that was a huge cost saver for us!! We will definitely book with you again when we return to Florida! We have told all of our friends & family about your condo!!! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay on our vacation!

We enjoyed very much our stay in your beautiful condo at Grand Palms.Everything was exactly as it was discribed on your web site.I also very much appreciated the personal contact and service that you provided me while we were finalising the rental agreement and the fact that you personally called us at the condo to make sure that we had arrived safely and that everything at the condo was to our liking.
We were guests at your condo from mid Feb. until mid March and liked our stay so much that we have already booked the same condo for the same period for 2010.Our friends from the Montreal area were also guests at this condo from Jan.17th to Feb.14th,2009 and they also loved the place so much that they have also booked for the same month next year.

Some Suggestions:
Upgrade the towels and master bath shower head (some towels were not clean and were left on master bed).
Put enough bath tissues ( was not enough for 6 days stay).
Otherwise, would describe as comfortable, a great value and location.
Sure will consider for next trip.

Thank you for your positive comments. The 2 towels left on the masterbed are clean and are ment to be decorative SWAN. However they may have been slightly damp and thus the neck shape may have clopsed. We have added new towels in cerculation. The soap/bathroom tissues are provided to guest as a complementary startup kit. This is a standard practice for these type of rentals.
