This cosy Villa is a great place to stay to relax for your vacation. The villa over looks a beautiful pond where you can watch the sunset in the warm Florida evenings. 
The villa is fully equip for all your family needs. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom has a full (double) bed, and the last bedroom has 2 twin (single) beds. There is a television in each of the bedrooms and one in the family room for all to watch. It has internet for the web surfers in your family and provides an easy way to find info on the local attractions. 
The villa is located on a subdivision where you can find basketball court, playground, baseball diamond, skate board ramps, and dry icehocky pitch. There is also an iceskating rink about 10 minutes away. 
This Villa is located just 30 minutes away from the main gate of Walt Disney World, and 45 minutes away from Universal Studios Theme Parks and Wet 'n' Wild. 
There is plenty of shopping to do at all the nearby shoppinh outlets and malls including The Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, Festival Bay Mall, and The Loop. 
On the nearby International Drive, you can find lots of restuarants, attractions, gift shops, and more shopping plazas! 
Just one hour away from Cocoa Beach, Jetty Park, Kenedy Space Center, and Port Canavrel, and an hour and a half from the Gulf Coast of Mexico.

A non refundable deposit of $250.00 will reserve this villa for your vacation. Balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings of 6 nights or less an additonal cleaning fee of $80.00 will be charged. For bookings of 7 nights or more the cleaning charge is included in the weekly charge.
