You’ll stay in comfort, in a spacious, villa offering three bedrooms, dining room, and a kitchen equipped for everything from snacks to gourmet cooking, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Other amenities include air conditioning, alarm clock radio, an iron and ironing board.

• Travel Info: Hello Bill, I just wanted to touch base with you after our month at Lake Marion. We got your phone message after we arrived home a week ago. We had already left for Florida when you called. Everything went well at the condo and we enjoyed our stay. The weather was rather cool during the first part of March but it warmed up the last couple of weeks so we enjoyed the pool and did a lot of walking. The resort is very well looked after and we were pleased with the accommodations. We appreciated having the directions to the various shopping centres and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the Cherry Pocket Restaurant and would never have found it on our own. Thank you for making your condo available for us to enjoy. Sincerely, Judy and Bruce Harron

Exit cleaning charge $75. Monthly rates are based on 4 weeks. A security deposit of $150 is required to hold your reservation, within 7 days of initial booking. Upon your arrival, the $150 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. PAYMENT We accept payment by personal check, postal money order or credit card over the phone [mc/visa]. CANCELATIONS If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit your security deposit If you cancel and have already paid for your stay, we will refund your payment for lodging. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
