Vacation Rental Description
Spend your holiday relaxing in our beautiful, privately owned villa in the prestigious gated Lake Berkley community. From the moment you enter the home you'll experience the tastefully appointed surroundings highlighted by warm colors, rich wood and luxurious granite. Inside our villa every effort has been made to make our guests feel comfortable. The formal living room provides a quiet, relaxing space to prepare for the day or unwind. This ajoins the formal dining room where a large dining table can accomodate the most formal or casual of dinners. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful flecked granite counters, a deep double sink, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave with plenty of work space to prepare your meals. From the high bar counter in the kitchen you can see the family room where multiple reclining leather sofas and a large leather armchair provide a relaxing location to watch sports, children's shows or anything else you desire on the large screen tv outfitted with cable and DVD player.
For further entertainment enjoy the games room with a pool table, foosball, darts, a children's activity area and plenty of additional outdoor toys like tennis rackets and fishing rods.
When it is time to sleep you'll find each of the 4 bedrooms provides a large, comfortable space, most with new pillowtop mattresses. The master and second master have televisions should you wish to continue watching tv in bed. Each bedroom has a large closet stocked with hangers for our guests and we even loan Disney Princess outfits to our little visiting royalty and Pirate outfits to the scurvy dogs and scalliwags.
The bathrooms contain the necessities, such as hairdryers, curling irons and flat irons for the comfort of our guests and you'll find our brand new high efficiency washer and dryer to be extremely quiet, easy to use and quick at getting your laundry done, allowing you to get back to your vacation!
Outside the villa you'll find your private pool, with environmentally conscious solar heat, available additional heat and a hot tub for your enjoyment. You have an outdoor table and chairs along with pool loungers on which to relax. The pool and hot tub are covered by a screened lanai and you have the choice to stay in the shaded overhang, or venture out into the pool area where the sun can be found all day long (when not cloudy of course)! The pool area overlooks the lake and you may choose to take a nice walk around the lake and feed the ducks.
A second lake can be found a short walk from the home where you can enjoy the dock, outdoor volleyball, a beach and fishing. Golf, horseback riding, cinemas and shopping are just moments away. Rental of this home also includes usage of the community Club House, fitness room, games arcade, outdoor bar and community pool.
Our villa includes complimentary use of many items that are difficult to travel with - such as a Pack 'N Play (travel crib); 2 car seats; a double stroller; two umbrella strollers and a high chair. We have a complimentary wheelchair allowing you to save on significant rental costs at many of the Florida attractions. We also know it is important to reach your family members while on vacation so we offer free wireless internet and free calls throughout the US and Canada so you can keep in touch with your loved ones!
We know you have a choice when renting your holiday villa. Please know that we have extremely high expectations when we travel and expect only the best. We believe our villa reflects our requirements when we travel and that you will be extremely happy to stay at 1068 Lake Berkley and will make this your holiday villa year after year!
Facilities
Enjoy fishing or hiking at one of two private lakes in the community; lounging on the beach; jogging on the waterfront trails or playing on the park equipment. The community club house offers fitness facilities, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Relax with a drink at the cyber cafe and tiki bar or challenge someone at the arcade! All of these facilities are available exclusively to Lake Berkley guests.
Activities
The Orlando area has a tremendous number of attractions within a reasonable distance. When you stay at 1068 Lake Berkley we provide complimentary concierge services of acquainting you with many attractions, such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and nearby beaches (on both coasts). We have prepared comprehensive documentation on most attractions and have outfitted the home with world renowned visitors guides, such as the Birnbaum Disney World Guide. We try to reach out to all our guests to customize their experience based on their expectations for their holiday. We can provide maps to most attractions; information on how to obtain tickets and what types of tickets will work for you and tips and tricks on when to visit attractions and how to get the most of your trip.

Deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel your visit you must inform us in writing and the following charges will apply: 4 – 8 weeks before arrival 50% of the total price. Less than 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the total price. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we must cancel the booking, you will be offered an alternative property of equal or higher standard to the property booked. If this is unacceptable to you we will refund any sum of money already paid by you. Please contact the owner for a full list of terms and conditions that cover deposit, payment of balance, security deposit, occupancy, arrival and departure, cancellation, liability, pool heating, conduct, house keeping, repairs, complaints and force majeure.

We first came to the Orlando area in January 2009 for a family reunion. We fell in love with the exclusive, secluded Lake Berkley neighborhood and its perfect pairing with Disney World and all the other Orlando area attractions.
We are active in visiting the area, usually 6 or more times a year and appreciate the ability to have a home where everything is at our fingertips!
