lake Berkley has 2 stocked fishing lakes. tennis courts, basketball area, volley ball, kids tot lot, picnic and BBQ area Refurbished in 2009 community pool and childrens splash pool with water cannons etc.

There are 8 tv's in the home (6 are Flat screens) and 3 have DVD, 2 vcr's and the playstation can also be used as DVD.

We have soft water pool system was installed which is kinder to the skin and lovely to swim in.
