Premier Villa is one of the biggest houses on Indian Point, it is truly magnificent. Located in a very peaceful and private close with only 3 other houses.  
 
We are located only 15 minutes from the Disney/Universal theme parks.A 24hr supermarket and numerous restaurants are 2 minutes away by car. 
 
The 5 bedrooms allow this luxury house to sleep up to 12 guests at a time, perfect for the whole family.  
Climate control is present throughout the whole house for your comfort all year round as well as TV's in each of the bedrooms and the lounge. Also to the back of the house is a 32ft enclosed swimming pool with a spa. The garage is converted to a massive games room for the youngsters in the family, in which there is a pool table, air hockey, table football and a darts board.  
Lounge area; 
 
A large lounge with a 3 seater, 2 seater and single arm chair, all colour coordinated with the rest of the room. 3 coffee tables, two table lamps, and a large mirror. The large TV with over 500 digital channels has a built in DVD player for simplicity, with remote control. Large patio doors allow plenty of light into the room, and open out into the pool area. Broadband wireless internet is available for those who bring laptops and need to use the internet or check e-mails. 
 
Kitchen; 
 
Fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, large fridge with ice making facilities, and all cutlery and plates, glasses and cooking utensils all supplied. Also a breakfast table/nook. 
 
Dining room; 
 
The area between the kitchen and lounge is designated as the dining area. A large table capable of seating 8 persons. 
 
Master Bed 1; 
 
The master bed has a large Super King size double bed, en-suite with separate shower, sunken corner bath, and twin basins. Also a large walk in wardrobe. TV with remote control. Lights and fan all controlled by remote control at bedside. 
 
Master Bed 2. 
 
Features a queen size bed, with two matching chairs either side of the bed. A large en-suite, with separate shower, sunken corner bath, twin hand basins, and a large walk in wardrobe. TV with 60+ cable channels and remote light and fan control. Ceiling light and fans remote controlled. 
 
Bedroom 3. 
 
Queen bed with colour coordinated covers, a bed side table with lamp. 
 
Bedroom 4; 
 
Themed pink twin bedroom, with night light, bed side table, and portable cable TV/DVD. Ceiling light and fans remote controlled. 
 
Family Bathroom 
 
Extra bathroom with bath, wash basin, shower and a toilet. 
 
Bedroom 5;. 
 
The jungle themed room upstairs sleeps 5, with twin beds, and a double bed with a bunk on top. Cable TV/DVD with playstation 2, and various games available for guests to use. En-suite, with toilet, bath/shower, and hand basin, also with remote contol ceiling light and fans. 
 
Games room; 
 
A very large games room with a pool table, air hockey table, and a football table. There is a dartboard on the wall and several board games available. There is a set of golf clubs available free of charge to responsible guests. Also we have two strollers and a cot and highchair available free of charge. 
 
Utility area; 
 
To one end of the the games room, partitioned off, is an area with a washing machine and spin dryer, iron and ironing board, for use of the guests. 
 
Pool area; 
 
Situated in the south facing rear garden, is a 32ft pool, (heated at extra cost), with Jacuzzi, and a number of sun loungers, surrounded by a high fence and landscaped gardens. The pool is completely secured from prying eyes. There is a large grassed area to the side of the house.  
 
 
You won't be dissappointed with this luxury villa, it has everything you could want or need to ensure a fabulous family vacation .  
 
For the comfort of other guests and for hygeine reasons , we do not allow pets or smoking in our home .

Indian point has a communual pool which can be used by guests, there is also basketball nets,tennis courts,a childrens playground and a picnic area.  
 
There is a horse riding centre 5 mins drive away and also a petting zoo and crazy golf course for young children. 
 
A 24hr supermarket and numerous bars and retaurants are 5 mins drive away on the highway 192.  
 
There are also 2 medical centres located 5 mins away . 
 
Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am .

Indian Point, Kissimmee is an up-market development just a half-mile from the attraction packed highway 192 and roughly just 10 - 15 minutes from the magic of Disney World, Universal Studios, Wet N Wild, SeaWorld etc
Just a 2 minute drive away from our villa you will find a large variety of shops, restaurants and attractions including a 24 Hour Wal-Mart, Medieval Times Theme Dinner Show, Mini Golf and a variety of Golf Courses.

Hi Tracey

We had a wonderful time in your Villa, and hope to return in the future. Our kid's had a blast in the pool

swimming until late most nights, after hot sunny days at the different parks.

The house was just right, for our crowd. Very well decorated and cared for.

I did ask to have the pool heat lowered as the pool was like a bath, (which most people would love) But we found too warm.

I've just returned from St Maarten, so will be starting to think about our next trip. I will be in contact again, when we look to return to Florida.

Hi Tracy

The villa was everything that we had hoped for and the facilities catered for everyone in our party - no mean feat given that the ages ranged from 12 months to 60 years. The location was perfect with parks, shopping and golf within easy reach. Absolutely no complaints and I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone visiting the area.

Here´s a little review you can put on your website.

We all enjoyed our stay in the house very much : Great swimming pool, cosy and private, and a nice whirl pool too.
Close by to the Convention Center where we were, the Premium Outlet Shopping Center (the best of them all) and the Disney Parks.
And nicely decorated and well kept too, and the kids just loved their bedroom !
So for us it was just the perfect house, and we can only recommend it to everyone.

We all had a really good holiday, although after 14 days at the parks we now feel in need of another holiday!
