Vacation Rental Description
This is our home in the Florida sun, it is furnished to executive level and has full air-conditioning through out,The living area is comfortable and spacious with cable Tv for your enjoyment on our large rear projection TV , also a DVD player with Hi-Fi system , free wireless internet finishes the entertainment in the living room .
In the dining room we have a large glass dining table with six matching dining chairs an over head light cluster to enhance the area.
Our kitchen has a nook for breakfast with a further four place settings, it is fully equipped with every thing for ten people including a fridge freezer with ice maker, a dish washer , microwave, kettle and toaster , a main oven is also available with food blender and coffee maker, there is a high chair available .Free International telephone calls.
The utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer free for you to use with iron and board for your laundry requirments.
Our master bedroom has a queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV and a telephone with free international calls plus an alarm clock .In the ensuite we have a walk-in shower , twin matching hand basins, a large coner bath and walk-in wardrobe a hair dryer is available.
In the second bedroom we have a comfortable double bed with matching furniture cable TV and built in wardrobe with a ceiling fan to aid in cooling.
The second bathroom has a bath with over head shower and single hand basin with wc and an over the mirror light ,there is also a hair dryer.
The twin bedded room has two single beds with matching furniture a built in wardrobe , cable TV and a ceiling fan.
In the kids room we have a double bunk bed with single on top a built in wardrobe , cable TV and an alarm clock also available a full size cot.
Our garage has been turned into a games room with American Pool, Air-Hockey and Foosball tables, there are tennis
rackets and balls for the communial tennis courts where there is the communial swimming pool free for your use.
We have also provided a stroller/pushchair for you to use .
At the rear of our home we have a South Facing screened pool area with our own large private heatable pool and four seater Hot-Tub , their are ample sun beds and loungers with a few inflatables for you to enjoy and soak up the Florida sun.
All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your protection .
Facilities
There is free to use the communial tennis courts and swimming pool We are about fifeteen minutes form the world of Disney Close to all other theme parks ie:- sea world, Wet & wild, etc About twenty minutes from the famous International Drive Our Home is None smoking
Activities
On site community swimming pool, and tennis courts, a childs play area all within walking distance.
