Vacation Rental Description
Indian Creek is located just 3 miles ( 5 minutes by car ) to the entrance of the Walt Disney World Resort. The community benefits from a putting green, tennis courts, multi-purpose court and children’s playground. It is only a 2 minute drive from the Formosa Gardens shopping plaza which includes a large supermarket. On a clear night, you can hear and see the fireworks at Epcot and Magic Kingdom from the development. The numerous local golf courses, including the championship course at Disney, are within a few minutes drive.Situated on a corner plot with a south facing pool, overlooking a children’s play area, this villa has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. The area offers an excellent combination of quiet streets and little traffic.
The villa is a single storey dwelling, fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and sleeps 8 people.
Facilities
The kitchen has all the usual appliances and has a dining nook as well as a formal dining area. The family room has comfortable seating and cable TV, stereo and DVD player with internet access available. The villa has 4 bedrooms, two master suites, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen size bed. The third and fourth bedroom share a family bathroom. The garage contains the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a games area containing a pool table, table football and electronic darts. The pool area is furnished with comfortable padded loungers and chairs.

We chose this development because of the proximity to the Disney parks. Just a 3 mile drive will bring you out at the gates to Animal Kingdom. This is ideal when you want to return to the villa for a break from the parks, you can sit and relax around the pool and then return to the parks once you have recharged your batteries!! There are plenty of restaurants within a mile of the villa at the Formosa Shopping Plaza, and new restaurants are being built a couple of miles further away at Rolling Oaks. This really is an ideal location.

Many thanks for allowing us to rent your villa this past week. Our family had a wonderful time. The villa met all of our expectations and more. We all enjoyed the pool and lanai area every afternoon upon returning from one of the parks. As you probably know the heat can be exhausting so the cooler water is what we needed for refreshment before returning to whichever park we chose. We were amazed at the close proximity. It took us about ten minutes from the time we left the villa to get to parking lots and vice versa.
Again, The villa was great and we will definitely be in contact when returning to the Orlando area and will pass on our recommendation to friends planning trips to Florida.
