Our villa is a nicely decorated, fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the upscale neighborhood of INDIAN CREEK, one of the newest and most beautiful subdivisions of central Florida!

Indian Creek is one of the closest developments to Disney World, about 8 minutes from the main gate on Route 192 on the west side of I-4 less than 2 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Within a mile of the villa, you will conveniently find a grocery store,
2 drug stores and several restaurants, including TGI Friday's,
Cracker Barrel, Outback Steak House and Carrabba's Italian Grill.

Shopping malls, golf courses, outlet stores, Universal Studios,
Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and of course Disney World,
and much more are also within close proximity!

Best of all, there is no construction in this area, which means no noise from machinery - just wonderful peace and quiet!

$250.00 refundable security deposit is required at time of reservation.

PAYMENT IN FULL must be received no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED 31 DAYS or more prior to your arrival date are refundable in full, subject to a Cancellation Fee of $50.00 and Booking Fee of $50.00.

ANY CANCELLATION MADE 30 DAYS OR LESS to your arrival date will be refundable only if the home can be rented.

CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN THE 24-HOUR period immediately prior to your arrival date are ineligible for any form of reimbursement.

We will consider reasonable offers for immediate stays. Immediate stays refer to a few days to a couple weeks in advance, but please do not plan your vacation months in advance and expect a special rate.

We are very easy to get along with and our home is very nice.
