This 4 Bed 3 Bath pool home in Emerald Island Resort is located on Disney’s doorstep but surrounded by nature.
Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated and guarded community located less than 4 miles from Disney’s main gate, yet set amongst 300 acres of wildlife conservation area, with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. The long palm tree lined drive leads to the main entrance and the spectacular dolphin fountain in from of the Resort clubhouse.
Our luxury 4 Bed 3 Bath pool home on this wonderful resort has been comfortably furnished with many amenities to make sure that your stay will be as memorable and enjoyable as possible, including free Wi-Fi Internet access. Relax and spread out in our home and take a well deserved break from the hectic pace of the parks. One of the best features of our home is the fact that there a 2 spacious living areas. So why not chill out in one, and let the kids have the other? Each area has cable TV and DVD with a PS2 in one, and a stereo for relaxing to some tunes in the other. Or open that bottle of wine and relax on the South facing pool deck and watch the sun go down. We can arrange for a BBQ to be provided on request, so you can create that perfect outdoor evening. Board games, fuss ball table, pool/air hockey table, DVD’s are all supplied to keep the younger guests occupied. For the even younger we have provided a travel crib (no linen), high chair, booster seat and stroller.
All bedrooms have cable TV and most also have DVD players, the 2 twin bedded rooms have a Nemo and Winnie the Pooh theme to make them just that extra bit special for the children.

The large clubhouse and luxurious heated pool is the centre of activity for the resort. Free use of sun loungers and a large deck make it a perfect spot for relaxing, not forgetting of course the pool side Tikki bar for your light snacks and beverages. Inside there is something for everyone including a sauna, fitness room, ATM, video games room, internet café and an informal meeting area. Staff are on hand to assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation to the parks. For the more energetic the beautiful landscaped grounds also feature a children’s play area, volley ball court, tennis courts and a nature trail for walking, jogging or biking through the natural woodland area in the centre of the community.

But remember, the most impressive feature of this home is its location, 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse, and only minutes drive from Disney, as well as numerous shopping and dining outlets. Emerald Island Resort, set among acres of conservation area, serves as a haven from the larger world, whilst remaining central to everything that Orlando has to offer.

				High Season Price:	$1,155 per Week

A booking deposit of $250.00 US is required at time of booking to confirm reservation, as is collected by our local management company. The balance of the full rental payment must be received 30 days prior to check in. Payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard. If cancellation notice is received in writing by our management company up to 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all funds will be refunded to the payer in full, ;ess an administration charge of $30.00 US or 10% of the funds paid, whichever is greater. No refunds will be issued if a cancellation notice is received less than 90 days prior to arrival.
