All master bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen) have private ensuite bathrooms.

West-facing pool over-looks beautiful lake so you can spend the afternoon and evening watching the sun go down, relaxing in the bubbling hot spa. Plus outside BBQ grill and fridge right by the pool so you can all eat in the sun.
And there's enough pool furniture for everyone (16 seating positions) and plastic plates & cups for outside.

All rooms have cable TV & DVD player. The Snug and the Skateboard-themed twin room have PlayStation 2 with several games.

The full-size games room also has cable TV & DVD as well as air hockey, table tennis and bar football table.

				Low Season Price:	$1,200 per Week
				High Season Price:	$2,200 per Week

Prices shown are for large families as we have accomodation for up to 16 people. However, we give bespoke prices for smaller families and bookings of 3 weeks or more. This is a private villa managed by a local family who take care of you, if necessary, during your stay and who collect payments over the telephone. We ask for 10% on booking and the balance 60 days before arrival.
