Vacation Rental Description
Our beautifully furnished and well maintained home is situated on the lovely Emerald Island Resort, a gated community manned 24 hours. On site is a Clubhouse with reception, gym, internet cafe, tv room, outside communal pool and spa and a Tikki Bar. There are also 2 playgrounds, volley ball court, tennis courts and jogging trail and the resort is surrounded by wetlands and lakes. It is in a peaceful area but close to Disney and all attractions. The house itself is in a quiet cul de sac on a large corner lot with views from the pool deck towards woodland and jogging trail. This spacious property comprises: large master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, flat screen TV & DVD player; Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV; second Queen bedroom with fitted wardrobe; 2 twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes; also family bathroom on first floor and separate shower room on ground floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The comfortable family room has 42" flat screen TV and DVD player and a formal dining area seating 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has breakfast bar with 2 stools and dining area seating 4 people. The Den area with TV, DVD player and X box has a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children. A utility room provides washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors lead from the breakfast area to a fully screened deck with heated pool & spa, sunbeds, table & chairs for alfresco dining. The garage has been converted to games room and provides pool, air hockey, table football, darts and TV. All linen and towels are provided.

To reserve the property, a non-refundable deposit of £150 ($250)per week booked is required. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Payment by cheque to owner or by credit card through our management company. A non-refundable $45 security bond is payable locally to our management company.
