The swimming pool really has the best situation, being SOUTH facing with the benefit of NO other homes behind to shade you or disturb your peace and quiet. This also ensures all day Sun, in complete privacy. Who wants to look at another home at the back when you can have this view over a Lake.?

LIVING ROOM -The spacious fully tiled living room is well furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and lamps with views over the lake. It has a large flat screen television with a large selection of cable channels, separate compact disc/Hi-Fi, multi region DVD player, book library and also a large Music CD library. It is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fan/lights.

GAMES ROOM - This room which unlike most is airconditioned and has a large cable tv, playstation 2 with 14 games, foosball, pool table and air hockey.

DINING ROOM - a formal area for eating when relaxing outside has been the norm.

MASTER BEDROOM - This fully carpeted bedroom has the largest bed you have ever sBeautiful master bedroom, views over pool a full DUAL KING SIZED BED. It has a large walk in wardrobe with electronic safe. The room is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fan/light. It has a 26" wall mounted cable TV , a clock radio/alarm . There is a large dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps.

SECOND BEDROOM -This fully carpeted large bedroom has a large QUEEN SIZED SLEIGH BED, large built in wardrobes, matching bed side cabinets and dressing table and drawers with mirror. It is fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fan/light.

KITCHEN - The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with cooker/oven/grill, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ices maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee machine/filter, together with all your plates, glasses, cutlery, linens, etc. There is a large area of worktops and all your cutlery, glasses, table and silver ware is provided. There are sealed containers, ice blocks, etc for your use. The kitchen also has a separate second dinning area or 'nook' which seats six people.

SHADED LANAI - The glazed doors from the living room lead onto a private shaded covered lanai which has a ceiling fan and light for those evenings outside. The table and comfortable chairs gives al-fresco eating in the shade. the large extended Lanai or pool deck looks South over the Lake and gives a private area in which to unwind.

POOL AND LANAI - The pool can be accessed from either the living room via glazed doors which are both alarmed for your safety. The lanai is extended to give more space than most homes. It has a large sun bathing area and has plenty of sun beds, chairs, . The crystal blue swimming pool is surrounded by a Florida mesh pool screen with double doors leading onto the grassed garden area down to the waters edge. The pool measures over 24' long by over 15' across and varies in depth from 3' to over 6'.
