Vacation Rental Description

Our villa is situated on a peaceful gated community which has 3 lakes, nature walks, children's playground and lots of wildlife.
The villa is just 10 minutes to Disney and 5 minutes to shops and restaurants.
There is a large drive with parking for 2 vehicles.
Fully air-conditioned.
The master ensuite bedroom, has a king sized bed, large walk-in-wardobe, cable television, safe,ceiling fan, hairdryer. the ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in-shower, large bath, his and hers vanity units and a toilet.
2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in-wardrobe, cable television, hairdryer, the bathroom has a shower over the bath, and a vanity unit and toilet.
2 twin bedded rooms with 2 beds in each room cable television, walk-in-wardobes.
The lounge is beautifully furnished and tiled throughout,ceiling fan, 34" cable television, VCR, DVD, books, cards and telephone. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6 people.
Kitchen with a large cooker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and a breakfast area with seating for 4 people.
Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games room with full sized pool table, foosball and dartboard,
The sundeck has table chairs and sunloungers.
The pool is heated and has a safety fence which can be removed.
All lined provided inclusing pool towels.

The villa has 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 1 with king sized bed 1 with queen sized bed and 2 twin bedded rooms, and a 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have walk-in-wardrobes, cable televisions. Games room with full sized pool table, foosball and a dartboard. Lounge has a 34" cable television, VCR, DVD, and 2 comfortable couches. Formal dining area with seating for 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped, with a breakfast area and seating for 4 people. Baby's highchair, and pack and play [travel cot] Safe in master bedroom. Heated swimming pool with under water lighting, and safety fence. Sunloungers, table and chairs around the pool. All lined provided inclusing pool towels.

Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community where there is a feeling of serenity and security. Set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Ponciana Boulevard, is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shop, including a 24 hour Walmart.
As you would expect with a name like cumbrian Lakes there are several lakes and two have gentle fountains and one is illuminaited at night. Apaved trail surrounds the main lake and you can enjoy a walk, bike ride or jogging here.
The sparkling lakes are visited by crane, osprey and blue heron and the occasional American bald eagle can be seen flying overhead.
There is a children's playground and plenty of open space to enjoy a picnic or ball game.

Low Season £425 per week Mid Season £475 per week High season £575 per week For stays of less than 7 days will incur a cleaning charge of £50 Security deposit of £125 payable with final balance full refundable if everything is OK with the villa. £100 deposit per week to secure the booking If you wish to cancelyour booking written notification by the person who signed the booking form. The date of cancellation will be the date the written notification is received. The following cancellation charges will apply: 56+ days prior to departure loss of deposit. 29-55 Days prior to departure 50% of total cost Within 28 days of date of departure 100% of total cost.
