Ideally located to experience the wonders of Walt Disney World and the endless alternative attractions. Disney World is only 10 minutes away, Sea World 15 minutes and Universal 20 minutes, Cocoa Beach 45 minutes and the beautiful Gulf coast, with its golden sandy beaches is only 90 minutes away.
The villa is conveniently situated just off highway 192 and is within minutes of a 24hr Wal-Mart Supermarket, a vast array of wonderful stores, shopping malls and restaurants.

The estates facilities include a childrens play area, soccer pitch with goal posts and nets, lakes for fishing and scenic paths to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The family room has a sumptuous sofa and love seat, coffee and occasional tables plus a 50 inch large screen Cable TV with a DVD Player, CD Music System and an XBOX 360 for your entertainment.
The family room leads out to the shaded lanai which has tables and chairs to enjoy your outdoor Dining and also pool furniture to sit and relax in around the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa pool that overlooks conservation to the rear.
