5 Bedroom Villa in Cumbrian Lakes

Our luxurious executive 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of a lake. The villa is situated in the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and yet only 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants on Highway 192. Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away. 
 
The house consists of a beautifully furnished formal lounge/dining room and a separate family room with high lofted ceilings. The family room has a 55" cable TV and video/DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The kitchen has a range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and ample kitchen equipment for 10 people. The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with two closets, bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two further twin bedroom upstairs that share a bathroom. The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor over looking the pool, has a queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bedded) room. The Downstair Living room consists of There is a wonderful open plan lounge where you can sit and relax or read a book.At the end of the lounge is a dining area where you can enjoy a home cooked meal after a tiring day at the parks. 
 
The loft area is now a study with desk, leather chair and bookcase. There is a secure Wi-Fi broadband internet connection available for guests. There is a utility room with washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided including pool towels. The garage has been converted into a games room with air hockey, darts, pool and table tennis tables. There is also a Playstation 2 with a few games. 
 
The villa has a larged sreened pool deck area with private pool/spa and ample pool furniture. Optional pool heating - needed late October to April is available at £85 per week. A gas BBQ is available for guests use. 

The Family Room has an added advantage of a high lofted ceiling. A new rug, three seater sofa and loveseat were installed in June 2011 where you can relax while watching cable on the 55" TV. There is also a DVD player and a HI-FI system for you to either watch a movie or listen to your favourite music. There is a small collection of both DVDs and CDs for your use. The latest DVDs can also be rented very cheaply from Walmart or Publix. You will find rental machines just inside these stores.

The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney and Sea World are about 15 minutes away. Universal and Florida Mall are about 25 minutes. Our villa is close to the restaurants and shopping outlets along the 192. For golfers there are a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach. If you are a fishing enthusiast, West Lake Toho has some of the best bass fishing in Florida and is 10 minutes away. There are also numerous airboat rides at Boggy Creek and elsewhere. The wonderful sunsets of the Gulf coast to the west, the Atlantic coast to the east, plus the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral are only about an hour's drive.
