Vacation Rental Description
Our luxurious executive 5 bedroomed air conditioned house with screened pool and spa has a stunning view of a lake. The villa is situated in the peaceful gated community of Cumbrian Lakes set in a conservation area with sparkling lakes together with walks and jogging trails and yet only 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants on Highway 192. Disney and other attractions are a mere 15 minutes away. The house consists of a beautifully furnished formal lounge/dining room and a separate family room with high lofted ceilings. The family room has a 55" cable TV and video/DVD player and Hi-Fi system. The kitchen has a range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and ample kitchen equipment for 10 people. The master suite with its king sized bed has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with two closets, bath, walk in shower and his/hers basins. There are two further twin bedroom upstairs that share a bathroom. The second main bedroom, located on the ground floor over looking the pool, has a new queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the fifth (twin bedded) room.
The loft area is now a study with desk, leather chair and bookcase. There is a secure Wi-Fi broadband internet connection available for guests. There is a utility room with washer and dryer. All towels and linens are provided including pool towels. The garage has been converted into a games room with air hockey, darts, pool and table tennis tables. There is also a Playstation 2 with a few games.
The villa has a larged sreened pool deck area with private pool/spa and ample pool furniture. Optional pool heating - needed late October to April is available at £85 per week. A gas BBQ is available for guests use.

Activities
The main theme parks and attractions such as Disney and Sea World are about 15 minutes away. Universal and Florida Mall are about 25 minutes. Our villa is close to the restaurants and shopping outlets along the 192. For golfers there are a number of excellent golf courses within easy reach. If you are a fishing enthusiast, West Lake Toho has some of the best bass fishing in Florida and is 10 minutes away. There are also numerous airboat rides at Boggy Creek and elsewhere. The wonderful sunsets of the Gulf coast to the west, the Atlantic coast to the east, plus the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral are only about an hour's drive. For something different try a boat trip on the St John's river - see aligators and manatees in the wild.

Rental rates include ALL TAXES AND CLEANING; We accept booking in either GB pounds or US Dollars; Deposit of £125.00 ($175) per week required to secure booking. Once booking is confirmed (normally within 7 days), the deposit will be non-refundable; The outstanding balance will be payable 8 weeks prior to departure; At this time, an additional security deposit of £200 ($300) will be payable to cover any breakage/damage. This deposit will be refunded no later than 30 days after vacating the property subject to no breakages/damage In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: More than 8 weeks - deposit; 6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge; 4-6 weeks - 75% of total rental charge; and Less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total rental charge POOL HEATER - £85.00 ($125.00) PER WEEK Recommended between the months of October to March if you wish to use the pool.
