Three Master Bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Fourth bedroom includes King bed. Fifth and sixth bedrooms have two twin beds in each. Seventh Bedroom includes bunk beds and queen sleeper sofa.  
 
South-facing screened pool and spa area overlooks conservation area and lake. Covered lania for outdoor dining. Gas barbecue grill. 
 
42" LCD widescreen TV in Living Room. 26" LCD in main master. Three additional televisions in other bedrooms. 
 
Fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer and dryer.

Accidental insurance waiver available for $95 or $250 security deposit required. $125 Cleaning Fee added to stays of 5 nights or less. Pool heat recommended October thru April. Pool heat fee is $25 per day or $140 per week.
