Prices do not include 13% tax. We accept credit cards, Paypal and checks. $200 deposit required to reserve the house, fully refundable until 30 days prior to check in. All funds paid 50% refundable until 24 hours prior to check in; 100% refundable if we get replacement booking. Accidental insurance waiver available for $95 or $250 security deposit required.

$125 Cleaning Fee added to stays of 5 nights or less.

Pool heat recommended October thru April. Pool heat fee is $25 per day or $140 per week.
