Just 3 minutes from the 192/I4 and 5 from International Drive the maine routes in Kissimmee. 
There’s plenty to see and do in central Florida, and Cumbrian Lakes is close to the popular attractions and entertainment areas. Many of the worlds best known theme parks are within easy distance of Cumbrian Lakes, including Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios. 
The house is built and furnished to a very high standard. We have taken a lot of time and effort to ensure it will be an oasis of relaxation and comfort. The house has a king size bed and en suite in the master bedroom (including a huge shower) and a twin size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a queen size bedroom with an adjacent shared bathroom and twin bedroom . There are TV’s in all of the bedrooms and a video/DVD and hi-fi for your home entertainment in the great room, and a fully equipped games room (pool table / play station /table football and entertainment center). The rear of the property backs onto a park with a children's play area which is circled by trees and shrubs. 
There is a large private pool with an attractive waterfall feature, a large decking area, patio furniture &. BBQ .The pool area is fully screened and in cooler months there is an electric pool heater which is available at an additional cost. 
There is also a pool bathroom adjacent to the pool. The house is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the living and the pool area.

    Holiday season: Easter Week £525, Christmas, New Year, £575 per week. A Deposit of £100 for each week is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable six weeks before departure. The pool heater is available at an additional cost of £65 per week. A security deposit (A separate refundable cheque) is required on payment of the final balance. This will be returned upon completion of a satisfactory inspection of the villa that is carried out by the management company after you depart from the property. This is against any damage and breakage that may occur.
