Our Beautiful 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Air Conditioned Home has 32x13ft Exended Pool & Separate 36 Jet Therapeutic Hot Tub overlooking a Lake. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the lovely gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. It is peaceful and natural surrounded by lakes & wildlife yet is just a short 5 mins drive to the famous Highway 192 for Disney, Restaurants, Shopping, Boat Rides, Helicopter Rides, Medieval Times, Kissimmee Old Town, The New Fun Spot, Adventure Golf & more.

Our 32ft x 13ft Pool is surrounded by a large extended decking to make the most of the florida sunshine. It has sunloungers and an outdoor dining table and chairs under the lanai, allowing you to dine alfresco comfortably away from the sun. For children's safety there is a removable safety fence for around the pool & both patio doors leading onto the pool area are alarmed.
Our 36 Jet Thereapeutic Hot Tub is a wonderful place to relax anytime of the day or night - it is heated Free of Charge 24/7 The Pool can be heated at a cost of $140/£80 per week

We have 2 comfortable Living Rooms. The large open plan Family Room/Diner has patio doors leading onto the pool area. It is comfortably furnished & has Cable TV, DVD&VCR, Stereo, a library of DVD & Video films to suit all the family and a selection of books & board games.
The front Lounge is tastefully furnished & has 2 Comfortable Reclining Sofas, Widescreen Cable TV, DVD and a Telephone for your use. All Local and International calls are free.
Our Kitchen is fully equiped. It has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, over range microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposl, kettle, toaster, coffee maker & all the pots pans, cutlery & crockery you should need.
We have a separate fully equiped laundry room which houses a large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The dining area has table & chairs seating 6 people along with 2 breakfast bar stools at the breakfast bar.
We have a Telephone in the front Living Room and a Telephone in the Master Bedroom. With these you can phone toll free to all Local, National/Internation Tel. no's.
The Master Bedroom has patio doors opening onto the pool area. It has a large en-suite bathroom with huge step in shower, bath tub, vanity unit with his & her sinks and a separate toilet.
The 2nd Master Bedroom also has a full en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, vanity sink and toilet.
There are 2 further Bedrooms - both Twin Rooms. Both twin rooms share a 3rd full bathroom with bath, shower, vanity sink and toilet.
All Bedrooms have Cable TV & DVD
All Bathrooms have Hairdryers.
All Bed Linen & Towels Including Beach Towels are Provided
We have a large Games Room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Electronic Darts, 32" TV, XBox with Games, 2 adult Bikes & 1 small childs bike.
We have a Walmart Superstore only 5 mins drive where you can buy almost anything you need 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
There are numerous golf courses within a short drive including Greg Normans Champion Gate
