This beautiful 6 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect home for family vacation or reunion, sleeping 12 adults comfortably. It is within 30 minutes of all Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Shopping, fine dining, and many golf courses. The pool and spa are enclosed in a large screened in lanai. It is perfect for large outdoor gatherings. Fully furnished from kitchen to linens. We have recently added cable phone service (unlimited calls anywhere in the US), and wireless internet access. 
 
Downstairs is 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin. 
Upstairs is the Master bedroom, 2 twin rooms and 1 queen. 
Also at the top of the stairs is a loft reading area with a fold out couch.

    $500.00 due to secure reservation. Full payment is due 30 days from arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if not paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Checks and Money Orders, however we must wait for clearance to secure reservation, we prefer Credit Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. In addition to rental charge, a 13% Florida State Tax is added. Pool/Spa heat is available at $30.00 per day. For stays of 5 nights or less, a $10.00 per night charge is added, and a cleaning fee of $100.00. Extra person charge is $10 per night for occupancy more than 12 persons.
