This South Facing home has a great view straight down the middle of the lake. We have 4 other homes in the same sub-division if you have an extra large party. All 5 of our 7 bedroom homes are within easy reach of each other. We can host large re-unions, church groups or sports teams easily.

In our sub-division there are two tot lots (kids playgrounds), Basketball court, BBQ area, open space and a softball diamond.
In addition Crescent Lakes has an abundance of Wildlife as it backs onto a Nature Reserve.

Pool Heat - £105 / $175 per week (Recommended October - March). When you have decided to stay in our villa we will require a deposit of £100 / $150 per week. A security deposit of £200 / $300 is payable with your balance 10 weeks prior to your vacation and is fully refundable after your stay subject to our Management companies satisfactory inspection of the Villa. Minimum stay may apply. Payment U.S. – US$ Check or Credit Card U.K. – UK£ Cheque or Credit Card Credit Card payments from any country will be in US$ and carry a 3.5% surcharge We also accept Euro Cheques – please contact us for a quote.
