This beautiful vacation villa in traditional Florida open plan style is located at Country Creek, a quiet tranquil suburban community off Highway 192 approximately 400 yards along Bass Road, close to a Wal-Mart Supercenter, several English bars, golf clubs and numerous restaurants. It has all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay for a family of six. 24hr management available.

All the Disney Theme Park Attractions are located within a 15 minute drive and there are also several malls, large supermarkets and 2 medical centers within 5 minutes drive of the area.

The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando (MCO) Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford airport.

The quoted rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE of 13% Florida State Taxes, Utilities, Electric, Water, Cleaning Fee and Solar Pool Heating. Electrically boosted heating is recommended from November to March and should be requested at the time of booking. Heating Fee £ 80 / $ 140 (USD) per week (approx). For stays of less than 7 nights a Cleaning fee is Chargeable. An initial deposit is required to secure a booking; the balance is payable in full 10 weeks prior to departure along with a Security/Damage deposit - which is refunded usually within 14 days of your return - if the villa and its contents are left undamaged.

Hello Patrick and Susan,

Back a week now from holiday in Florida, still not got over jet lag.
Thought i-d give quick mail about our visit.

The Villa was far better than the pictures expectations, with loads of space and very clean.
The pool was much bigger than we thought it would be, and just wish we had more time in it.

I-d like to thank you for allowing us to use it, and would gladdly like to return.
Had a few people this end asking where we stayed and interested in going themselves, so I will pass details on.

Have to confess we used the pool on first night too late, as straight in pool on arrival (after shopping at Wal-mart)
everything else was fine.

Overall had a fantastic time, but over too soon.
Usually go for 3 weeks, as this time.
First 9 days went reasonablly slow, but last 9 or so days flew pat, and next we knew it was day before leaving and we hadn't done loads of things.

Never mind, an excuse to go back.

Hello Patrick

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in your home in Kissimmee. The house was lovely, very welcoming and in immaculate condition. It was fully equipped and there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t at our finger tips.

Our grandson loved the animals on their beds and really enjoyed the pool.

Your maintenance crew does a fantastic job. The lady that cleans the pool was very friendly and gave us many tips about the area.



The next time we visit Disney, I will connect with you in the hope that your home is available.

Sorry we didn't write before to thank you, but we have just got back to Brazil, since we went on a cruise in the caribbean after we left your villa. We really apreciated what you did for us and would like to tell that we had a wonderfull time in the house. We are gonna be leaving a comment in your site, in english and in portuguese, telling everybody how nice it was to stay in your villa.
We live in Fortaleza, a city in the northeast of Brazil, by the ocean, with a lot of beautifull beaches, not to mention it's sunny all year long. It would be a pleasure to host you and your family in our houses whenever you want to.
