"Hartwood" is a 3 bed 2 bath fully airconditioned private pool home located close to Highway 192 with its many shops and restaurants and convenient for the WalMart Supercentre.
LOUNGE - The lounge is light and airy and has ample comfortable seating for 6 people, there is a television, VCR, DVD player and Hi-Fi unit, there is also wireless internet access (bring your laptop). The lounge has patio doors leading to the covered lanai and pool area.
MASTER BEDROOM - Has an en-suite bathroom with large shower, bath,wash basins and WC. There is a large walk-in closet with ample hanging space. There is a TV with remote and telephone.
SECOND & 3rd BEDROOMS - These each have twin beds and walk-in closets with ample storage. the rear bedroom also has access to the lanai and pool area via patio doors.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric cooker, microwave cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, large side-by-side fridge/freezer with external ice and cold water dispenser. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen alo has an access door to the double garage.
POOL - The swimming pool is full screened and has both solar and electric heating for the winter months. The pool backs onto a small lake with illuminated fountain.
One of the unusual features of this home is the intercom system to all rooms and o the lanai, this is ideal as a 'babylistening' unit. The villa also benefits from a crib and baby's high chair.
