Vacation Rental Description
Our villa has been furnished to a very high standard with family living in mind. It has everything you could need or want for a perfect family vacation in the Sunshine State and is only 5 miles from Disney.  
We are also very near shops,restaurants and the odd pub, as highway 192 is only 1/2 mile away. This is the main road through Kissimmee which leads straight to Disneyworld. 
All towels, bedding, crockery and cutlery supplied plus Beach towels for the pool area. You will find numerous DVDs,Cds,Books and games to suit all tastes and a computer with wireless broadband internet access. We also have a cot (plus bedding), a highchair and a stairgate. The door to the pool is alarmed for your childrens safety. In the garage you will find two small and one large stroller and for those of you who like to keep fit - 3 bicycles. All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Entry is gained via a keypad at the front door.This is a very safe, quiet residential neighbourhood with on site security. There is a communal pool, playground and tennis courts on the estate. Many of our guests return time and time again.

Family room: Matching sofas and tables to living room and computer with wireless broadband internet access. Bedroom 1: Ground floor.Satellite TV, telephone, clock, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with bath/overhead shower vanity unit and wc. Separate WC. off living room Double garage with washer & dryer First Floor Three twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and telephones One of these bedrooms is Disney themed childs room complete with toys and books Bathroom with bath/overhead shower, vanity unit & WC Outside: pool area Large pool,6 sunbeds, 2 infinity chairs, a glass topped table and four chairs, white table & four chairs. Towels and pool toys supplied. This is a non smoking home. No pets please.

We are 5 miles from Disneyworld and near all other attractions too. Chatham Park is 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sanford Airport. you really couldnt wish for a better location for your holiday.
