Vacation Rental Description
Luxury family owned apartment/condo in beautifully landscaped setting. There is a beautiful heated pool and terrace in the resort together with sauna, jacuzzi and club house with games and fitness rooms for resident's exclusive use. The apartment is immaculately furnished and kept in pristine condition. The resort has an unbeatable location, convenient for all the myriad attractions of Orlando and the surrounding area. It is just off junction 11 of US 192 with a bus service across the street which will take you to Down town Disney in 20 minutes (from where you can get a quick connection to Epcot, Universal Studios etc). Sea world is about 10 minutes away, Busch Gardens 30 minutes and all the other attractions along 192 are easily accessible. There is a vast array of golf courses in the area. If you require sandy beaches, you have Daytona and Cocoa Beast on the Atlantic coast to the east or Tampa, St. Petersburg etc about an hour's drive to the west on the Gulf coast.The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in wardrobe and delightful shower room en-suite.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (and walk in wardrobe).
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. All of the bedrooms are tastefully furnished.
The main bathroom is very spacious with 'his' and 'hers' hand basins, a very large bath and toilet. It is very tastefully designed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom which also has double hand basins, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is new and modern. It has a spacious fridge and freezer. There are also a cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is also plenty of cupboard space. There is also a telephone.
The utility room has a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron and a hoover.
The living room is very spacious and includes a dining table and chairs and a sofa and armchairs for relaxing in the evening. It has a TV and video. There is also a balcony off the living room if you wish to dine or relax outdoors.
There are clean towels and linen for all new guests. The apartment is cleaned regularly and thoroughly by the management company and all towels and linen are changed. It is either done on a weekly basis or on the departure of guests.
The apartment has air-conditioning in every room. It is suitable for children particularly because of the safe and easy access to the resort amenities and because of the resort's central location for all theme parks and attractions in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Furnished and equipped to a high standard.
It is on the second floor but there is a lift and easily accessible for wheelchair users.
There is a beautiful swimming pool for the use of guests. There is also a gym and games room in the club house. In addition, there is a sauna and jacuzzi beside the pool area. There is a balcony in the apartment with outdoor furniture. The resort is landscaped to a very high specification. There is a lake area and fountain and the sprinklers are constantly in operation to keep the grass and vegetation as lush as possible.
Orlando International Airport is just under half an hours drive away. Public transport is easily accessible for most theme parks and attractions in the area (there is a bus route just across the street which can take you to Disney every 20 minutes). However, if you want to be adventurous or head for the coast, you may wish to hire a car.

The premier location of golf in the world, there is an abundance of golf courses close by, with roughly 40 golf courses within a 10 mile radius of Cane Island. Cane Island itself is blessed with 2 of Florida's finest golf courses in its immediate vicinity, Falcon's Fire and Celebration.
