Pool, Spa, Cable TV etc. for one week / seven nights. All bedding / linen / towels for the duration of your stay. High speed computer with Free Internet access. Free local telephone calls. Use of all the additional facilities at the Bellavida Resort. INCLUDES all sales and tourist taxes. Pool heat is available for £18 / $30 USD / $30 CAD per day (only required during the winter months). A £60 / $120 USD / CAD cleaning charge applies to stays of less than 1 week and excludes Fl. Tax at 13%.

Wow - what a Villa!!

Location:

The Villa is located in the Bella Vida Resort which a gated complex off the Oren Brown Road in Kissimmee. The Oren Brown Road is just off the US 192 Highway (also called the Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway). The Villa is a two minute drive to Wall Mart and there are numberous other supermarkets such as Super Target and Publix within a 5 minute drive. In addition there are all sorts of restaurants on the US 192 also within a 5 minute drive of the villa. Therefore a car is a necessity but this is also the case with most rental properties in Florida. For an even better choice of restaurants go to Downtown Disney which is about 6 miles away.

The Villa:

The Villa is magnificent. When we walked into it on the Saturday evening we arrived after our nine hour flight plus another two hours to get through Orlando Airport, we just said wow! It was amazing. Everthing that we needed was there and Tony and his wife Jackie (the owners) can be very proud of the way that they have put the house together. The description on the Holiday Rentals website barely does the villa justice - it is better. It is so spacious and comfortable. It has everything and a swimming pool and jacuzzi outside the patio door is the "icing on the cake"! As there is one downstairs bedroom (en-suite) the property could suit someone with a minor disability.

The Reservation:

Tony is so professional and from the very moment that I spoke to him I just knew that that we would be renting his villa even though there was only three of us and the house holds 10!. He answered all our questions in a pleasant manner and put no pressure on us at any time to take the villa. All our requests were responded to promptly and professionally.

Local Attractions:

There are all sorts of attractions quite close to the house which take no more than 10-15 minutes to reach as follows:

Sea World - 8 miles
Disney Parks 6-11 miles
Universal - 13 miles
Florida Mall - 11 miles
Premium Outlets Mall - 6 miles

Conclusion:

To be honest it was the best holiday that we ever had! If you get an opportunity to rent this villa - don't hesitate, do it because there is very limited availability; you won't regret it.

We, 2 couples aged 23, stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in September 2008 and had an Amazing time!!

The Service:
The service right from the start was spot on with Tony getting back to us and answering all our questions and queries without any delay.

The Villa:
The villa is exactly as described on the website and looked like the pictures, although more spacious in real life. Everything was clean, tidy and it still had the new house feel about it. The villa backs onto the woodland at the edge of the resort, which makes the pool more private than other villas. The music/intercom system was fun and a nice gadget to have. We paid to get the pool heated, which made the water the perfect temperature night and day. We used it regularly at night when it looked it's best with the disco lights as it was a great way to relax after a chaotic day at the parks. Everything about this villa was spot on from the pool table to the 4 en-suite bedrooms...it was designed to make your stay comfortable, fun and a home from home which it did plus some more!!

Bellavida Resort:
The Bellavida Resort is very quiet and peaceful with good amenities and it also feels very safe.

Location:
The Location was Excellent only a 5-10min drive from Disney and a 10-15min drive from most of the other parks. The Villa is also located just off the 192, which has plenty of restaurants running along it...our favourite being the Olive Garden. The best thing about the location though has to be the 24hour Super Wal-mart located just 2mins from the resort... very handy for all your needs!!

Overall:
I've stayed in a few villas in a few different countries but this is the first one I’ve left a review for as it honestly is the perfect place to stay for your Orlando experience and I’d recommend it to everyone as it's suitable for anyone’s needs!! When I come back to Orlando this is the place I’ll stay over and over again as I don't think anything can beat it for style, location and comfortability!!
