The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with en suite shower and bath. There are two queen size beds and generous twin beds for your comfort and all rooms have fans and air conditioning. The lounge has a 42" T.V. with a DVD player and there are some films for you to view. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. and there is a large barbecue.In the patio area there are table and chairs and loungers.

Most theme parks are 15 to 20 minutes away by car and there is a free tennis court and gym and childrens playground on site. The villa is actually on the golf course close to the 5th tee. There are local restaurants and snack bars which are within walking distance or 5 minutes in the car and the golf clubhouse does nice meals. The beaches are just over an hours drive away and there are plenty of local bars within walking distance or just chill out either in or out of the shade and enjoy the solar heated pool.

Double garage and forecourt parking means that there is no problem with cars. The solar heated pool is very private with a 6 foot hedge around it and there are 3 T.V.s the one in the lounge is 42" with cable. Air cons. and fans in all rooms and of course winter heating if required in all rooms. There is a larger pool within the community for more serious swimmers. The shops are very close within walking distance, Wal Mart. Win Dixie, Dollare General and a bank with an A.T.M. machine to mention just a few.

There is not extra charge for your solar heated pool.
A deposit of £100 or 150 USD will be required and the balance should be received 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
