The villa has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably but 10 maximum, with the sofa bed.  
The pool and jacuzzi having sun all day which is fully screened. The pool area and cover lanai has seating for 12. 
The spacious family room looks on to the pool and patio. There is cable TV in the family room and a TV in two of the bedrooms. There is also a DVD player and gamestation situated in the family room. The villa is fitted with internet access. 
The villa has two master suites, one leading to the pool area, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with family bathroom. 
The villa has a games room which has a pool table and dartboard.  
There is a fully fited kitchen and fully equipped laundry room. 
The nearest golf courses are Southern Dunes which is 5 minutes away from Tower Lake, and Champions Gate golf course which is 10 minutes away. Plus many more in easy reach of the villa.

The villa is 20 minutes from the Disney parks which attract millions of vistors each year. 
 
Also in easy reach of Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Cypress Gardens, MGM Studios, Downtown Disney, Epcot, Gatorland and local Airboat Tours.  
 
Kennedy Space Center is a must for any space fans. This is about an hour and 20 minutes drive from the villa. Also you have Cocoa Beach and Daytona beach close by. 
 
Excellent shopping facilities with the Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Discount Malls and Outlets 
 
Why eat in when there is a wide range of restaurants avaliable in a short distance of the villa. 
 
Busch Gardens is the place to go for a good mix of family entertainment.

EASTER WEEK weekly rate is 450 GBP minimum 1 week. Extra days is £60 Heated pool £65 per week normally needed in low seasons. Bookings of 4 days or less incurrs a cleaning fee of $90.00 10% deposit required on booking (non-refundable). Balance to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. Late Bookings (6 weeks or less) payment in full will be required. Discounts will be available for three weeks or more.
