Vacation Rental Description
Rookwood is an immaculately maintained and beautifully furnished, single storey home. 
 
There are two master bedroom suites, both with cable television, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and radio/alarm clock. 
 
Two twin bedded rooms. One with cable TV and the other with a selection of toys for younger guests. Both have ceiling fans.  
 
The games area has a pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts game (the darts have plastic safety points) 
There is also a PC with free high-speed cable internet access and wireless connection. 
 
The screened, heated pool has safety fencing for the protection of children/non swimmers. Comfortable padded sun loungers and chairs are provided. 
 
To keep you cool, we provide full air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans. 
To keep you entertained, there are 4 cable televisions, a games machine, DVD player (several DVDs are provided), a stereo CD/radio/cassette player and lots of family board games. There is an HD TV in the family room with over 200 channels including Fox Sports for premier English football. 
 
If there are two families sharing, our home has the benefit of two living areas.  
Outside, on the extended pool deck, you will find luxurious and comfortable patio furniture and sun loungers with thick padded cushions and a hot tub with temperature control, adjustable jets, waterfall and coloured lights. 
 
The community has a clubhouse with licensed bar/restaurant, a children's play area, tennis courts, communal pools. 
 
Overlooking the golf course from the pool deck. Within easy walking distance of the beautiful Clubhouse, which has a licensed bar and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices (children's menu available). The Sunday morning breakfast buffet is not to be missed!!

    Rental rates include all taxes and use of the hot tub. Pool heating is an optional extra at £84 per week and is recommended from October to March. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the rental period. A £200 refundable security deposit is payable on all rentals regardless of duration. Once a booking is confirmed the agreed rental is guaranteed not to increase.
