This villa will is very spacious and well furnished and is ideal for a large families or groups of friends.  
 
The lovely south facing pool & spa overlook a lovely conseration area and there is plenty of poolside furniture provided on the ample deck. The pool is protectedby a child safety fence. There is also a large gas grill BBQ for your use. 
 
 
The villa comprises a master suite with a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, a second master suite with Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. All linens and towels included.  
 
A fully fitted games room including a pool table and electronic air hockey.  
 
Extensive fitted kitchen with all amenities including a large refrigerator with an ice-maker, all crockery and utensils.  
 
TVs in the two master bedrooms. A 32-inch TV, DVD player and CD player in the family living room. The TVs receive cable television giving you a huge selection of channels to watch.  
 
We are certain you will be very happy and comfortable in our villa and we can provide you with genuine references from previous guests, many of which return time and time again.  
 
We provide Welcome Grocery Packs in the villa for all stays over 7 nights or more, so you can relax on arrival with a lovely cup of English tea or a cold juice without having to find the local Wal-Mart imediately! 
 
We are always available to our guests to answer any questions, by email or telephone, you may have before or during your holiday and have 2 staff located in the area to help guests while in Florida should they require anything. Our main aim is to ensure you have a great stay and leave wanting to come back!
