Mickey's Palace is a stunning 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse villa that has a magical touch of Disney throughout. The home is nestled at the back of the beautiful Windwood Bay community surrounded by untouched conservation, making the community exceptionally peaceful and secluded from the city noise and chaos. A community heated-pool awaits you, with lanai coverage to sit and relax under. Just 10 mins from Disney, set close to many Golf courses most notably Reunion & Champions Gate the villa is an ideal base for your Dream Disney Vacation.
As you walk into our home you cannot fail to be impressed with the open concept. You’ll notice immediately that this home is different to most others in the general area with the luxurious furniture really standing out and the artistic murals that give the home a continued DISNEY feel to your vacation. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for your added comfort. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the family room with a large 40”digital cable TV with loads of channels. There is an XBOX console and mutli-game, but more movies and games can be rented from the local rental store at Champions Gate. Off the living room is a private screen enclosed porch with chairs, which is a great place to sit in the morning and read the newspaper with a cup of coffee and enjoy the fresh air.
The open plan family/dining a room leads to the dining area which has a large glass dining table with chairs. This is the setting for a perfect family meal and the wall and table decorations could give you the feeling that you are sat in a top quality Restaurant. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4 people, plus breakfast bar that seat 2. The breakfast bar has 2 stools for less formal eating or just for the kids to sit up on. The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full set of cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. The washer and dryer are available in the laundry room beside the kitchen.
This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. We have 3 spacious bedrooms one being a master (Queen Bed) with en suite bathroom, a radio alarm clock, TV with cable channels and adult theme decor of Mickey. The second bedroom is also a queen and shares the family bathroom with bedroom three (twin room) and also has a TV with cable channels. The third bedroom has two twin beds with MICKEY MOUSE decor. Both bathrooms have a bath with shower over, toilet and sink with plenty of clean towels for your use.
