Vacation Rental Description
A two storey spacious bright and airy villa 2250 sq.ft.htd.The entrance hall is tiled and the open plan lounge,stairs and bedrooms are carpeted.
The Lounge overlooks the pool and there is plenty of natural light.New sofa & loveseat,plus TV stand,book shelves,3 piece table set and lamps installed August 2009.Reading corner with 2 chairs and coffee table.The two windows have venetian blinds.There is cable tv and a combo tv with VCR and DVD.There is a multi CD player with a radio.A few CDs,DVDs,Videos and books are provided.
Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen nook with a small table and four chairs.A sliding glass door allows entry to the shaded Lanai and pool deck.
The Kitchen has corian work tops,ample cupboard space and a pantry.There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery.It is well equipped with a large cooker,microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal,toaster,kettle,teapot and coffee maker.
There is a fridge/freezer with an ice dispenser and chilled water facility.
The Dining Room has a table and six chairs.There is direct access to the kitchen and lounge.
The Master bedroom is off the lounge.It has a Queen size bed.New headboard,nightstands,chest-drawers,dresser with a mirror installed August 2009.There is cable tv,a tv trolly and a tv with DVD.There is an alarmed sliding door to the pool deck.
The En-suite has a large bath,a separate shower stall,wc and basin.Off the en-suite a walk in dressing area with shelving and coathangers.
Also on the ground floor beside front door there is a Twin bedroom with walk in wardrobe and separate drawers.Across the hall there is a Shower room with shower,wc and basin.Adjacent to this is the Utility Room with separate large washing machine and dryer.In this alcove there is also a door into the double garage.
The Stairs lead up to balcony/landing which overlooks the downstairs lounge.Off this landing there is a Double bedroom overlooking the pool with a double bed,walk in wardrobe separate drawers and dresser with mirror.Beside this is the bathroom with bath and shower over,wc and basin.Adjacent to this there are two Twin bedrooms furnished similar to downstairs Twin.One Twin has a tv trolly with a small tv and video player but there is No cable connection upstairs.
The Pool is private and measures 24ft by 12ft and can be heated.It lies along an east-west axis and receives the sun all day during July/August.There are steps into the shallow end 3ft and at the deep end 5.5ft there is a jacuzzi/spa.There is underwater lighting and it is cleaned weekly.
The Deck has a shaded lanai with a table and 4 cushioned chairs.There are also 4 sun loungers 2 with soft cushions and 2 without.There is a mesh cage around the deck to keep insects out.The deck is accessed from the kitchen nook and master bedroom by 2 sliding doors which are alarmed for children's safety.There is another door from the side garden to allow access by the pool attendant which is not alarmed.
Outside there are shrubs,a few trees and a lawn in grass at the front of the villa.There is grass to the side and at the rear a grass covered area and a surrounding wooden fence.
Bedlinen and towels are provided but please bring own beach towels.
Cots can be hired from the management company.
There is also a Safe which can be used upon payment of a small fee to management company.
The villa is fully air conditioned and this is controlled by an electronic wall panel set by management company.
In addition there are portable fans which can be positioned individually and there is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom.
Wheelchair access: The villa has NOT been adopted for wheelchairs.However in the past it has been used by a party in which there was a wheelchair user and they had an enjoyable holiday.
Westridge Manors North is a Gated community of H27 approximately midway between H192 and Interstate 4.
Activities
There is 10 pin bowling and a 12 screen cinema at Eagle Ridge Mall approx. 26 miles south on H27.Restaurants and main stores eg Dillards,Sears are present so all the family are entertained.
At Berry Town Centre 1 mile away there is an Applebees restaurant and bar.Pizza,indian and fish outlets and an off license.Pubix supermarket which stocks some UK brands is here.There are several banks and ATM outlets.
Along H 192 there are a variety of restaurants some specialising in fish dishes,others in steak eg Long Horns.
4 miles north along H27 there is a Super Walmart which sells everything.The next block up has a WinDixie store,a post office and bank.
1 mile south there is a 24hrs pharmacy and at 4 miles there are several restaurants and a Super Target in Posner Park Shopping complex.
Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre are 1 hr drive and the Gulf coast Clearwater beach approx 90 mins away.
