4 Bedroom Villa in Westridge

Our holiday home is located in the luxurious West ridge Estate in Davenport. Westridge Estate is a lovely, quiet residential area at the western end of Highway 192? 
 
Westridge grounds boast great on site amenities such as tennis courts, basketball courts etc, and for the keen golfer the golf course is 5 minutes away from the West ridge grounds. The offsite amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants are all 
within 10 minutes from the holiday home and the Walt Disney theme parks are within 20 minutes.. 
 
The villa comes with everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Air conditioning throughout accompanied by ceiling fans in each room. It is furnished to a very high standard, comes equipped with a 52” screen TV, your own mini gym, games room, swimming pool, Jacuzzi with built in music centre, and broadband internet access. Children have been thoughtfully catered for as there is an Xbox games console, DVDs, pool toys, and board games. Mothers with small babies need not worry about taking pushchairs and travel cots because our holiday home comes fully equipped for babies and toddlers. Hair dryer, linens, towels and pool side towels are provided.  
 
There is also free internet access available and free phone calls included.

* Master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite accommodating his and her sinks, walk in shower and bath tub, walk in his and her closets and cable tv. 
* Queen sized bedroom offers an ensuite shower room, walk in closets and cable tv. 
* Bedroom 3 carries a full sized double bed walk in closets and cable t.v. 
* Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds closet and cable tv.(3rd bathroom is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4). 
 

Lounge and Dining Area: * We would like you to enjoy the comfort of two living areas. The main family room offering a large screen cable t.v. Video, Hi-Fi and a selection of CDs and DVD's for all tastes. * Beautifully laid family dining table Kitchen nook/breakfast area: * Fully equipped including electric conventional oven built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all other catering and kitchen equipment.

Not only is Westridge a conveniently located development but also offers its residents and customers a community pool,(in addition to the villa's private pool) tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a children's play area, all within a two minute walking distance from the villa. Last but not least for all you golf lovers there are numerous golf courses within close proximity.
