The hub of this home is the comfortable family room with 3 and 2 seater settee's and occasional tables plus entertainment unit.Large patio doors lead directly to the pool area with 30 ft kidney shaped pool,extended decking giving much more room for loungers and chairs.Whole area is netted to keep out bugs and a high hedge surrounds all 3 sides for added privacy. 
Coming back inside note the fully fitted open plan kitchen fulfilling all your cooking and eating requirements.The breakfast nook is adjacent to kitchen and has 4 seater table plus 2 breakfast bar chairs. 
Moving to the front of the villa relax in the sumptuous lounge again with 3 and 2 seater settee's and occasional tables.Adjacent is the formal dining room with large 6 seater table and matching chairs.A large palm tree in the corner adds a tropical touch and a number of nautical prints on the walls complete the decor. 
Good size Master bedroom off family room has queen bed,large dressing table with matching bedside cabinets and lamps.Leading off is the en suite Master bathroom with huge mirror over his & hers sink unit,large corner bath,walk in shower and seperate WC are all included. 
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each & large built in wardrobes.These bedrooms share bathroom 2. 
Master bedroom 2 with en suite bathroom contains double bed,large built in wardrobe and baby cot. 
The first impression guests have when opening the front door for the first time is how large and spacious everything is,and with 1935 sq ft of living space they are not wrong.High cathederal ceilings,white decor and cool floor tiles all promote a feeling of lightness and airiness.Just what you need as you come inside from that hot Florida climate. 
Another great thing about this villa is its location.You are only minutes away from theme parks,shops and restaurants and the nearest golf course is next door! 
Of course if you want to go a little further afield head east to the Atlantic coast and Daytona and Cocoa beaches and why not call in at the Kennedy Space Centre on the way.If west is best then Tampa,Clearwater and St Pete's await on the gulf coast.Both coasts are about 1.5 hrs drive away.
