Our villa occupies a fabulous large corner site with surrounding gardens, with our own private swimming pool and evening illumination, spacious sun decking, patio set with luxury sun loungers and chairs to help you soak up that magnificent Florida sun. We are so easy to find, located just off Interstate 4 and fitted with a secure key lock box for your convenience. FANTASTIC!!! This is a privately owned 'licensed' inspected villa, it is maintained to the very highest standard by our local management co and complies in every respect to the strict local Health & Safety requirements of Florida law.
Facilities
Accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms all with walk in wardrobes. Master bedroom contains Queen size double bed, cable TV, clock alarm / radio, ensuite bathroom including corner bath / shower / wc / His & Her vanity units. Bedroom 2 contains Queen size double bed + clock alarm. Bedroom 3 contains twin beds + clock alarm. No 2 bathroom / bath / shower / wc situated between bedrooms 2 / 3, with rear door leading to patio and pool area. Large family room has 2 sofas, patio doors leading to pool area, Cable TV, VCR,CD PLAYER DVD & FREE Telephone calls. No 2 Living room has 2 sofas one a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 if required). Formal dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs. We have a fully equipped open plan kitchen and breakfast area including table & 4 chairs, all cutlery & crockery provided, fridge / freezer / ice maker / full cooking range / microwave / dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Close by we a wide choice of championship golf courses, Highlands Reserve, Orange County National, Arnold Palmers Legends @ Orange Lake, the renowned Greg Norman designed courses @ Champions Gate and 3 championship courses at Reunion.
Just 6-8 mins away we have the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park. This park is noted for its six beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. All with full parking & recreation facilities including, Boating + Boat ramp, fishing, Canoeing, Horse riding, Trekking & Nature trails, Picnicking, Swimming + Showers and all this with stunning views across Florida.

DEPOSIT/BALANCE PAYMENT PROCEDURES Having completed our booking form for your reservation the appropriate deposit payment must be made within 7 days in order to secure your reservation. A deposit of £100 / $200 is required for each week or part thereof reserved. This deposit forms part of the total cost and is not refundable or transferable. The total remaining balance of the cost of your reservation, to include £150 / $200 refundable security deposit will become due 56 days before your arrival date. For reservations made less than 56 days of your arrival date the full hiring charge to include all deposits becomes due immediately. Failure to pay any requested deposit or any remaining balances when due will entitle us to cancel your reservation.
