Vacation Rental Description
Our villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, over 3600 square feet, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Shire, the newest and most exclusive of the gated neighborhoods at West Haven, Davenport is one of the largest in the Shires. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed. This luxurious, fully furnished, and equipped home was professionally decorated with an executive furniture package. Upon entering, the beautiful living and dining rooms are located to the right of the foyer. Entrances to the game room (pool table, air hockey, foos ball , and a TV and DVD player) and the first floor bedroom (queen bed and combination lcd hd tv/dvd) are located to the left of the foyer. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom. At the end of the foyer is the family room (42” plasma hd tv and combination VCR/ DVD player) which contains a sofa convertible to a queen bed. To the right of the family room is a spacious kitchen and large walk in pantry. Off the kitchen through sliding doors is an inviting pool and spa. The second floor balcony provides a large shaded area next to the pool. On the deck are a gas BBQ grill, 2 chaise lounges and a side table, as well as 6 chairs and a dining table for your relaxation and comfort.  
 
Upstairs are the laundry room and 4 bedrooms. The Master Suite (California king bed and combination lcd hd tv/dvd) and secondary Master Suite (queen bed and combination lcd hd tv/dvd), each have private full bathrooms and French doors leading to the balcony. The balcony, which is completely screened in and extends the entire length of the villa, overlooks the conservation area that is part of the neighborhood where our villa is located. There are 4 rockers and 2 tables allowing you to comfortably enjoy this relaxing and beautiful view. Finally, 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, 1 with a tv & dvd player and the other with a combination lcd hd tv/dvd, share a bathroom.

A $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit will be required upon check-in at the office of our management company.
