    We ask for a 10% deposit at the time of the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before you travel. A breakages deposit of £100 is also payable which is returned to you within 2 weeks of your return date subject to a satisfactory inspection by our US management company. We accept credit cards subject to a 2% handling fee.
