The rate is for the whole of the villa and not per person. We believe in clear pricing and no hidden charges. Our rate includes: Full use of the whole of the villa, pool and spa heating, all taxes, utilities, linens and towels including pool/beach towel, barbecue, baby equipment, local, long distance and international phone calls, PC & broadband internet, Wifi, Basic welcome pack and toiletries, end of stay clean for bookings 7 nights and over. A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. A security deposit is also required. Extras Let us know if you require mid-stay clean, maid service or anything else that would add to your holiday experience and we will do our best to make the appropriate arrangements.
