In close proximity to all of Orlando’s wonderful attractions, our newly built villa is the perfect place to spend your vacation. With Walt Disney World a mere 15 minutes, Sea World a fraction under 25 and Universal Studios a stone’s throw at 35 minutes away - who could ask for more. 
 
The Shires at West Haven is a secure gated community and has its own Family Recreation Centre for those days you may wish to ‘stay home’ and relax or perhaps play a few sets of tennis. For the even more energetic there is a fully equipped (and staffed) fitness centre! 
 
And that’s not all ....... With Tampa and the Gulf Beaches at 1 hour to the East and Daytona and the Atlantic 1 hour to the West, Florida is indeed a wonderland of holiday thrills and opportunities. 
 
Orlando has become one of the world's top holiday destinations thanks to its vast collection of theme park attractions. Whilst Walt Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove are all within easy reach, within an hour you can be on either the Atlantic or Gulf coasts.  
 
For the golfer there are numerous top-class venues and, worthy of particular note, the Champions Gate Complex no more than one mile from the villa. 
 
This NEW, beautiful, privately owned four bedroom, three bathroom executive villa is located in The Shires at Westhaven which is 20 Minutes South of Disney World. The villa is set within a safety-gated community in an exclusive neighbourhood and is fully equipped with every facility. It is beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned throughout and has all of life’s creature comforts, including a private screened pool and spa. There is cable TV with DVD, high-speed internet access, and free inland telephone services. All imagineable domestic appliances plus crockery, cutlery, fresh linen and towels are there for your use.  
 
The villa will be freshly cleaned and ready for your arrival. Full instructions for every eventuality are in the villa, should assitance of any kind be required.  
 
Noteworthy and without regret for repeating, is that the villa is perfectly placed with only 12 minutes to DISNEY WORLD and is ideally located for easy access to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL, WET N WILD etc. Just over 1 mile to the new World-Class CHAMPIONS GATE GOLF COURSE. 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from Sanford International Airport, 60 minutes from Clearwater (Gulf Coast beaches), and 60 minutes from Daytona.
