Westbury is a small well kept peaceful community situated amongst orange groves, this luxury villa sleeps up to 10 people with ease, with own southwest facing pool for maximum sunshine, extended pool deck and with no rear facing neighbours.Good location for Disney and other major attractions.This villa is fully equipped with all mod cons and luxuriously furnished with full air-conditioning throughout. Lounge area with cable TV,DVD and CD player plus free high-speed internet service and local telephone calls. Kitchen area with washing machine,tumble dryer,dishwasher and microwave. 2 Master bedrooms with en-suite facilities and tv's, plus free security safe for storing valuables to main master closet. 2 twin bedded rooms with 1 shared bathroom and all doors exiting the pool area are fitted with child friendly security alarms. All towels, linen and hairdryers are provided. BBQ also available for use.This home is strictly non-smoking for the comfort of all our guests, although smoking will be permitted outside on the pool deck area. Sorry but no pets allowed

    A non returnable deposit of £150 will be required to secure a booking with the final balance being due 8 weeks before departure.. Once full payment has been made no refunds will be given it is therefore advised to insure against this. A returnable security deposit of £200 or $300 against any damages/breakages will be required prior to arrival at the villa, this will be returned shortly after departure once the necessary checks have been made in Florida that no damages apply. For all bookings of 6 days or less a cleaning charge of £60 or $95 will apply. Pool heating is classified as an optional extra service thats normally needed through the winter months Nov-March. A charge of £10 per day applies to this service. Please request at time of booking if reuired.. All rates are inclusive of all local state taxes..
