Our Orlando, Florida Villa is located within the community of Watersong in Davenport only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts which include the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. Also within close proximity are the numerous attractions that have made this area the vacation capital of the world. World-class entertainment, dining, shopping and championship quality golf are all within minutes of your doorstep, yet our villa is still situated in a quiet neighborhood when you have time to relax.

And the fun doesn't have to stop when you get home from the attractions… our Watersong Orlando Villa is located within the fabulous Watersong Resort. An exclusive gated resort packed with amenities for the whole family. You can unwind in the exercise suite, keep in touch in the Cyber Café, pot a few balls on the putting green, join the kids in the interactive water play area, on the sand volleyball court or simply relax amongst friends in the beautiful Watersong Resort Clubhouse.

The villa is decorated to a high standard and has all the comforts of home. There are 3 master bedrooms with ensuite facilties and two twin rooms giving you maximum flexibility. All rooms have cable TVs with DVDs. There are free local, national and international calls for our guests convenience allowing you to remain in contact with family and friends while away. The house also has free Wifi access just bring your laptop.

There is a huge loft area that has a football table, pool table, large screen TV with playstation 3 console and a selection of games and DVDs for you and your familty to enjoy.

The oversized pool is south facing with spa. There is a covered lanai for when the sun gets too much and this also houses the outdoor gas barbeque that is free to use for our guests. The property backs onto conservation area so is very private.

Guests can also enjoy the club house facilities free of charge. These include a large outdoor heated pool and spa, cyber cafe, gym and childrens play area. The club house is a couple of minutes walk from the villa so no need to take the car.

There is safe deposit box available for quests use. There is also a cot and high chair. The pool area has a removable safety fence for use when children are around. Although fully air conditioned all bedrooms, living areas and outdoor lanai have ceiling fans for added comfort.

Activities

WaterSong is within easy reach of Walt Disney World and the other attractions, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World and Wet and Wild. WaterSong is set in a natural preservation area. The villa backs onto natural lakes and wooded conservation area with an abundance of wildlife.

The WaterSong club house is just a few minutes walk away and is open to all guests staying in the community. It boasts numerous facilities including a large heated swimming pool, childrens play area, fitness centre and Cyber cafe.

Just a short drive away is Champions Gate hosting shops,restaurants and takeaways and a PGA Championship golf course designed by Greg Norman. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from on the I92 and the close proximity of the I4 gives easy access to Universal, Sea World and the shopping malls.

Additional cleaning charge will be levied for stays of less than one week
