Our spacious villa has two beautiful master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms each comprising large bath, separate, larger than average, shower cubicle, and two wash basins. One of these bedrooms opens out on to the pool area. There are then two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. These bedrooms share an adjacent shower room. All the bathrooms have WCs and there is an extra WC just inside the villa near the patio area. (This is very useful, particularly for children popping in from the pool!) There is also a sofa-bed in the living area, which opens up into a double bed if required. Each of the master bedrooms has its own TV and there is a TV/DVD player in the very spacious living area. You can keep in touch with friends and family (or business colleagues) if you bring your laptop, as there is WiFi internet access available at the villa.

The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can eat in if you wish. The nearest Publix supermarket is only 5 minutes down the road and there is a Walmart just a bit further on, in the same direction. But, if you want a complete break from those household chores, near to the villa there are a number of inexpensive diners which cater for everyone, including take-out facilities.

The main dining area has seating for 6 people and we have recently added a corner nook which offers additional dining space or somewhere for the children to do puzzles, colouring etc. We have a darts board and table-tennis/pool table housed in the garage and there is a charcoal barbecue for our guests' use. For the little ones, there is a portable crib, a stroller and a booster seat for dining. These are all available in the villa at no extra charge.

The villa is only 10 minutes drive from Disney World Drive and just a little further on you will find all the other attractions such as Sea World and Universal. The many other delights of this area are also close by, such as championship golf courses, designer shopping outlets and the hustle and bustle of International Drive. The villa is situated in Polk County, which has over 500 lakes, and is also well placed to explore the white sandy beaches of Clearwater, which are are just over an hour away. In the other direction, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast can be reached in less than 90 minutes. The central position of the villa also encourages a visit to Cypress Gardens with its beautiful floral displays and spectacular water ski-ing shows, or to Busch Gardens with its fabulously 'scary' roller-coasters, animal safari and cable cars. There are so many attractions, theme parks and water parks in the area that it is impossible to see everything. You will never be bored and will probably want to come again!

So, back to the villa itself. It is situated on a quiet, exclusive and small development which has been built around a former orange grove. We can't think of anything nicer than waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise and the sound of the birds singing in the trees, or coming home after a busy day at the theme parks or from exploring the beautiful lakes, to relax in the spa tub while the children play in the private pool. (The pool has a child safety fence, which can easily be removed if there are no small children in your party, but which offers peace of mind if you are on vacation with infants.) The pool/spa can be heated if required.

Most people think of Disney Theme Parks when they think of Orlando, but there is so much more. In addition to the theme parks and water parks, our villa is within 5-15 minutes of several championship golf courses. Shopping is many people's main reason for visiting the area, as it has an abundance of Designer Shopping Outlets, all offering their wares at cut prices.

Within Polk County there are the most beautiful lakes. The countryside surrounding the villa offers an abundance of wildlife and a variety of activities, from air-boat rides searching for alligators, to balloon rides over the area. There are nature reserves for peaceful walks or why not book a helicopter ride?

A tranquil oasis is the Bok Tower which is situated on the highest point of the Florida Peninsular. This tower is a 205ft high gothic and art deco carillon tower set in beautiful gardens. The daily concerts from the 60 bells can be heard all over the gardens.

In addition to the air con, the bedrooms all have ceiling fans and all bedrooms are carpeted.

There are hair-dryers in each bathroom and an iron/ironing board, plus a clothes airer for your use. The villa is cleaned before and after your stay. Additional cleans during your stay may be requested at extra cost.

There is also a safety deposit box available for hire. Other items are also available for hire, please ask for details.

The kitchen is very well equipped, including a large fridge/freezer.

Wireless Broadband is now available.

Heating is available for the pool and spa tub, but this is in addition to the rental charge. Pool heating is recommended Oct thru April. The entire patio area is screened and there are no properties overlooking the villa from the rear.

High Season Price : $650 per Week

10% non-refundable deposit required with full payment at least 8 weeks before arrival. If booking is made within 10 weeks of arrival, then full payment will be required at booking.

Payment can be made using personal check (US dollars or GB£ sterling) or via PayPal (3% surcharge). (Payment via PayPal will be required if booking is very short notice.)

To cancel the booking, the Lead Name on the Booking Form must write, using Recorded Delivery. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made between 60 & 28 days of the proposed arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less the deposit and any expenses incurred. Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date, and no shows, will be charged in full. (Full Terms & Conditions available on request.)

Prices are quoted in US$. Other currencies, incl GB pounds, will vary according to the exchange rate at the time of booking.
