THE LARGE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED AND HAS AN INFORMAL DINING AREA AND SEPARATE LAUNDRY ROOM.

THE MASTER BEDROOM, OVERLOOKING THE POOL, FEATURES A KING SIZE BED, CABLE TV AND WALK-IN WARDROBE AND HAS EN-SUITE FACILITIES CONSISTING OF TWIN WASH BASINS, BATH, SHOWER CUBICLE AND TOILET. A SEPARATE TOILET AND WASHBASIN ARE ALSO LOCATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR.

The balance and £200.00 security deposit will be required 8 weeks prior to your holiday. All cancellation must be written and received in our office at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. If written notice is not provided with the required number of days as stated above, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night penalty for stays of less than 7 nights and two nights penalty for stays of 7 nights or longer. The reservation will not be considered cancelled until you receive a written acknowledgement. Payment is by cheque or PayPal
